The economic value of this enabling technology was estimated in 1997 to be 3.1 million dollars…and has now grown to 5.2 million. A review of the history and present status of the usage of this technology by Lincoln County residents, shows that, indeed, the planting of this seed for change, is yielding fruits of varied and unexpected kinds... with more to follow as time goes on…proving that public and private partnerships can be beneficial to all...as long as everyone carries a part of the load.
