Solution #2: Mail account is working properly - You might simply have an
email with a large attachment.
You can check your email before downloading them to your computer by checking
your web mail account.
Click on the Check your Email icon on the main page of this website, or click
here to be sent to the web mail login.
Once there, enter your user name (without the @libby.org)
Enter your password.
This will place you in your web mail account and will show you all of the email
messages waiting to be downloaded.
The mail messages are downloaded from the bottom up.
So, if the first message your trying to download is the problem, then you can
check the message at the very bottom of your list.
Click on the blue subject line of the email message and look at the bottom for
any attachments.
If you want to delete the message, simply place a checkmark in the box to the
left of the email message, then click DELETE button at the top of your list of
email messages.

Why am I not receiving an email from someone
who said they
sent it already?
Solution: Their email might be caught in the Postini Spam Filter.
Check your Message center of your spam filter.
If you see their email, you can place a checkmark to the left of the mail
message,
then at the top, click on DELIVER.
You will also be given the opportunity to add their email address to your

Unable
to download all of my email messages, it downloads some of them, the
stalls for a while before disconnecting me. When I try it again, it
gives me the same email messages I received earlier, then stalls again,
and again disconnects me. What is happening?
Solution: A corrupt email message is blocking you from
receiving all of your email.
When your email program connects to the mail server, it sends two
specific commands.
1). Download ALL of my mail messages.
2). After I receive them all - then DELETE the messages from the mail
server.
When one email message becomes corrupt (usually spam), it prevents you from
receiving all
of your email messages. Then, when you try to connect again - it will
download the ones you
have already received again.
TO CORRECT: Connect to the internet and go to your mail server
account.
You can access it by clicking
here, or on the Check
your Email link at the top of our website pages.
After you have entered your user name and password, you will be sent to
your INBOX.
At the top, click on the SHOW ALL link.
Scroll to the bottom of the list.
Place a checkmark in all the boxes of email messages you have already
received.
Then, the next one up is usually the corrupt message. Place a checkmark
beside that one too.
You can the scroll up your list, place checkmarks in all boxes for email
messages you do NOT want to receive.
When you reach the top, simply click the DELETE button.
